Baltimore Running Festival:
Children's Heart Program Running Team
The University of Maryland Children's Heart Program promotes healthy hearts for all of Maryland's children. In addition to providing care to children with the most complex heart conditions, the Children's Heart Program also works to prevent and reduce even more common cardiovascular problems, like childhood obesity and hypertension.
The team for the Baltimore Running Festival is led by avid runner, Dr. Geoffrey Rosenthal, Director of the Children's Heart Program. By participating not only do you provide support to enhance the most expert care to children with heart-related illnesses, you serve as a role model of heart-healthy living!
